Faster than promised - as soon as I needed it!
"I put off ordering ink too long. When my (Brother) printer wouldn't print because I was now out of yellow, I got online and found CompandSave. I found an excellent package for my older model printer with a "can't beat it" price. I was prepared to have to leave home for my printing needs, but in about 4 days I returned home to find an upgraded shipped package at my door - on top of my fantastic first time ordering discount!!!

"My order which was supposed to take 3 to 5 days took 12 days. I was notified that it was going to be arriving in a timely manner, but it didn’t arrive. When I contacted customer service to let them know that it seemed to have been stopped at a certain location for several days they were not at all helpful. It had not yet been 10 business days, so they said if I didn’t get it in a few more days to contact them for a refund. I think there could have been a much better solution and the person was not helpful"

"ordered supposedly cartridges for my brother computer, they were junk. the printer would not recognize them. i bought brother cartridges, they worked just fine. they have been returned for a full refund, you should not advertise they work on brother printers, they do not."
