"Ordered 2 light magenta ink cartridges for an Epson printer and when I inserted one, my printer wouldn't acknowledge it as a new cartridge. Examining the cartridge, the ridges on one end which tells the printer the ink color were shaved off. When I print something, everything that is suppose to be white is pale green. Total waste of money."
