"I don't have any problem with Compuvest but I do with the product. I bought a LightScribe CD recorder. I was able to LightScribe one CD and that was all. It still writes the data to the CD but will no longer write the label. I have tried reinstalling the S/W and on 3 different computers. No Help. Can I return this item for a replacement?"

"I needed a Graphic Card for an older computer and CompuVest had the exact card that I wanted. Since the computer is older, I did not want to change any of the components due to driver and other compatibility issues. Their price was the best that I found and I researched several companies. Shipping price was reasonable and they even offered a 1 year warranty on the card, after the manufacturer's warranty, for a really reasonable cost. This was my first purchase from CompuVest but it will NOT be my last. Delivery was on time. Exactly as stated in the confirmation email."

"I ordered a 32" Flat Screen LCD Tv from CompuVest. It did arrive in a timely manner. However, one thing that I discovered was that they did not send me a Sylvania Remote control with the TV. Instead they sent me an after-market remote that does run most of the TV functions. The one thing I do need is a remote controller that will allow me to eject the DVD from the unit. This, needless to say, is quite frustrating. I have written to them and have not even received an acknowledgement to the fact that I have a problem. That is also frustrating. SO NOW I HAVE A NICE 32" TV THAT I CAN ONLY WATCH THE DVD THAT IS IN THE UNIT.....WHAT DO YOU THINK???
