"unit was shipped and delivered very fast - very happy with shipping response. However, unit was sold as 'new' but it didn't have the Asus Q connector, and I had to flash the memory back to factory defaults to get the on board video to work - which makes me think the unit was actually a refurb. Other than wasting time on startup (since the monitor wasn't getting a signal), the unit appears to be in great working order. ...it's been running for 24hours now and working great."
