"My experience with CompuVest has left such a negative impression on me that it is likely I will never order from nor (attempt to) do business with them again.
When I ordered my product they felt they needed to contact me for confirmation because the billing name and address didn't match the shipping name and address. Considering it was 17 days before Christmas I have a hard time believing that differing billing/shipping names and addresses is not normal. They stated they tried to contact me on 12/10/2012 to resolve the issue and again a couple days later. The 12/10/2012 call was to the phone number given to them online when I ordered the product. And I do see a missed call (them to me), followed immediately by an outbound call (me to them) that lasted 1:57. I don't recall the conversation but if contact was made there's no reason I wouldn't have verified the billing and shipping address at that time. They also said they left a voice-mail but I never had a voice-mail waiting for me. The call they made a couple days after 12/10/2012 was to a phone number associated with either my credit card or my bank, but it's not in use. It exists, but it's a Voip line that no one uses and we don't have any phones plugged into it. Regardless, it's not a phone number I provided to them. It's one they got from either my bank or my credit card vendor.
So today I called to check on the status of my order because I hadn't heard anything via phone nor had they sent me an email other than the confirmation email with my order number on it (the day I placed the order online). They told me they needed to verify why the shipping address was different simply because both the billing and shipping last names were the same but the first names were not. I'm still baffled why that even matters. I can purchase an item and ship it to whomever I want (even a family member). But I went ahead with the confirmation knowing it's not going to get here before Christmas. Thirty minutes later they called back to tell me the item is no longer in stock.
I'm sure they feel they made a good faith effort to get in touch with me but I feel they could have made a couple more calls to the phone number I provided at the time of the order or at least sent me an email. Either of those options would have solidified the order in a timely manner. It's even my belief that they could have mailed me a letter (via snail mail) that would have arrived in time for me to confirm the address information in time for my product to get shipped and arrive by Christmas. The lack of initiative on CompuVest's part to ensure a great shopping experience has left me no other choice but to mark "Very Dissatisfied" on this survey."

I called USPS they stated problem was with shipper. After all the run around finally recived product 12/12. Will not be shopping here again."
