"CompuVest delivered - a manufacturer's refurbished blue ray player rather than the "new" Toshiba blue ray player that was ordered. CompuVest was only willing to offer a $10 discount in lieu of the error being their mistake, and said that they did not have any "new" Toshiba products.
Sending the unit back to CompuVest, and will be shopping elsewhere like Best Buy instead. It's been nearly a month of wasted time, and NO satisfaction."

"I ordered a product and received a confirmation that they received my payment. Two days later I emailed them asking when it will be shipped. At that point, after my communication to them - they attempted to contact me to say the item was no longer available. Their communication is insulting to say the least and I believe the entire experience with CompuVest was a scam and would Never recommend them to anyone.
This is what I got from them.
