"We'll, I ordered a 500GB hardrive and asked to have Compuvest send it a.s.a.p. because my system had crashed. They said 2 day air is the best they could do and I said, fine. For some reason the hardrive didn't leave the warehouse for 3 more days, and then Megan (Compuvest manager) said UPS messed up and I didn't get the hardrive until a week and a half later!!! I was too late. I had to go find a hardrive elsewhere. Compuvest said they'd get my hardrive to me in 2-days, but it took 12 days. Totally unacceptable. "

Logitech mk710 came in generic box, no paperwork, keyboard scratched-dirty. serial #s obliterated. works, but not as new keyboard feel. has been in trouble with wa. state a.g and is part of a consent degree settlement. back to same old bait and switch tactics.
