"Purchased 72 hard drives advertised as "NEW". Upon installing them in a large build, we found errors and over 30% of them were not functioning. We found we could not use the drives due to the fact they were not new. They were pulled from used laptops and resold. After pointing out the issue they refused to take them back claiming it was beyond the refund period. They would not respond to the fact that the drives were falsely advertised as new. Previous ratings confirm this is not the first time they have pulled a "Bait And Switch". We would recommend avoiding them without seriously scrutinizing what you recieve immediately. "

"Scam artists for sure. They do sell obviously used merchandise as "New" on their site and sent me the wrong item(of much less value, of course) in the correct box. I assume that they think people don't know anything about computers and they'd be able to get away with it.

"Great stuff. Fast, quality customer service and incredible prices. All seemed wonderful as I was waiting for my tripod to arrive. Delivery was fast - again, awesome... BUT then to my despair, my product was damaged. It was also very evident that the item was damaged before it was shipped because the chipped parts were nowhere to be found in the box. What a huge let down.. I contacted them through email, and now let's see how they react to this situation. I REALLY NEEDED THIS TRIPOD ASAP and now I am delayed for allowing its designed purpose to be fulfilled."
