THE WORST ON-LINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.
Placed order for an advertised Home Theater system. They processed the order for a different version of lesser quality, and then shipped a completely different model from the same manufacturer. Waited two days for call back from the return department. When they finally called it was just to say they don't take care of that, it has to be done on-line. No offer of return shipping although this was their error. My cost to return their mistake: $157.00. Marked my return for REFUND not store credit, and the on-line resolution says it was processed as "store credit". The last thing I want is to make any further purchases from these people. Have an automated return acknowledgement from COMPUVEST and a big hole in my bank account.

"Horrible attitude: The second day that my order shipped, their own price dropped ~20%. I called to see whether a price adjustment was possible. The lady bluntly said not possible and I said that's fine, but that would make us unlikely to keep them as a future supplier. The lady immediately followed by "do you still need the product? please return it to us." I said "with this kind of your attitude, please recall the shipment. I really don't need it any more." I'd rather pay a higher price and get a better service. I will watch out whether they gives full refund. I went to another online store and purchased the same merchandise at a reduced price and better service."
