"The product was listed as an open box item. I was somewhat disappointed to receive the item with a large scratch on the front face and two smaller cracks in the upper casing appearing as if the outer casing was opened by someone other than the factory. This should have been listed as slightly damaged rather than just an open box item. As the item is NOT malfunctioning, I cannot return it. Additionally, I received an instruction manual that is totally in French....great if I spoke French, but unfortunately I don't.

Somewhat bummed by the experience and will likely not ever purchase from the company again."
