"I was very impressed by the professional way my purchase was handled. At first I had no idea how to open an account on the website. But after a phone call and some help from this wonderful lady, I got to the page where I could actually order and make an account. I was under the impression that I would be receiving my item I purchased the following week, but actually received it on the Friday before! I am very pleased with Compuserve and will recommend them to all my technician friends. "

"Received product in timely manner. Upon opening shipping box my product was in the vendor package which was in rough condition to say the least. After installing product, product was not working. Called Plantronics to trouble shoot and found unit to be defective and was told by Plantronics to return to CompuVest to replace unit. I was under the understanding that what I was purchasing was a NEW unit. After contacting CompuVest and descriping the condition of the product I was told what I purchased was a NEW unit in a plain box. I wasnt aware that there are different states of "NEW" when you purchase something. NEW means a product that has not been previously used which this unit visually was. CompuVest stated that the item I purchased was the only one they had and to send it back for a refund. So now they want me to be out of $15 to return a defective used unit to them for lack of their own inspecition of product. Luckly, Plantronics being the upstanding company they are sent me a new unit under the manufacutures warranty. I will not be purchasing anything in the future from CompuVest. As the old saying goes " If is to good to be true, it probably is". "

"Update:
I am now happy with Compuvest. After I pointed out that they made an error which delayed the shipment, Compuvest sent me a small gift to show that they do care about their customers. In this era where most companies try to gouge you at every turn, it's nice to see a business that values its clientele. I would shop there again

In CompuVest's shipping page, I selected to have the answering system that I ordered, sent by US Mail. To be extra safe, I called CompuVest and was told that they normally send light packages by Priority Mail from the post office. The following day, when I checked the shipping status, I saw that CompuVest disregarded my selection, and sent it across the country by UPS Ground. When I emailed them about their error (or blatant disregard of my selection), they did nothing to fix it (such as, give me a discount or get UPS to send it faster). So, instead of my telephone answering system arriving in 3-5 days, as the mail would have taken, it took a week. The package arrived right after I left on vacation, and sat in the box until I got back, instead of answering my calls.
CompuVest should follow their customers' instructions, especially if the customer picks something from a choice that CompuVest gave to them.
Also, the page that I saw did not mention that the item was open box. It said "New."

"Couldn't have gone better! They had what I wanted, for way cheaper, and with free shipping. Only thing I wish I had gotten is the instruction manual that would normally come with the headphones I ordered- they referred me to the manufacturer's website for it."
