"I recently encountered bent pins on a processor within a computer I was working on. Needed another one quick. So I'll start with SEO - or internet searchability. Once I found the specs of the P4 processesor I needed I googled it. After a couple tries with different terminology I came across CompuVest. I went ahead and placed the order. I did not get an auto reply right away regarding my order status other than the order was placed. I called the customer service number listed on the web site which said to leave a message and someone would get back to me. For the first time I think ever, to my surprise, someone got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and explained where the part came from and why it won't ship for a few more days yet. I have not received my product yet, but the fact that they are in tune with at least this customer was comforting. The next day my shipping information came through with my tracking number. Overall, I would say, considering I do not have the part, that my experience was very acceptable and in the future if I need any more computer parts, I will most assuredly give CompuVest a look."
