"I replaced a printer with the exact same model - I was happy with the old one and I had a ton of ink for it, so I knew it wasn't a current model. It was sold as "new - open box". It had print cartridges installed, so I wonder if it was used, sold and returned. If it was a retail store I would have thought the floor display -- but not from an internet site. I had some issues installing it and HP was reluctant to support it. They did, and in fact spent about 2 hours on the phone with me. I should be clear that the problem was not this equipment -- I caused it by thinking I could shortcut the install because i had the same model before.

"The customer service representatives are helpful and prompt. However, there were too many issues with my order. I had placed an order for an ipod nearly a week ago and it still has not been shipped. A few days later, I was told my item couldn't be shipped to the shipping address and had to be to the billing address. A day or two after that, I was told the color I had ordered was out of stock. Today I had contacted compuvest again, asking whether or not the item was shipped (a different color one), and it still has not been. It's just been a long and tedious process and I would just like to get my item.
