"Their general tendency is to grab and run (your money). This is the 2nd time I've gotten burned (unknowingly, I went to them again ... my fault). This time, I bought two products (StarTech RAID enclosure & two HDDs). The StarTech was incorrectly advertised on their website (tech specs. were wrong, which they admitted to). So I had to return either the StarTech or the Hard drives so both would become compatible. They told me they would return the full amount & shipping. I chose to return the unopened HDDs. After receiving the product, they told me they would deduct restocking fee and not refund any shipping! These people also have no tech support in their company and are just a shipping house that tries to have a friendly interface till the time they are making money. They have no concept of customer satisfaction or long-term customer loyality. I've disputed the amount on my credit card.

"Ordered a motherboard. The price was good. The board arrived promptly, and was as advertised. There were no problems with the board. The order tracking online was not current, but I called CompuVest and was give prompt accurate information.
