"Ordered 3 NVS 295 dual display port video cards.
Web site had a lots of pertinent information, good pictures, easy to use.
The HP part number required for my workstation was included. With Free shipping I recieved the order on the 2nd day following a morning order.
There were 3 different items with the same HP part number and although the description read low profile for each item, the card I purchased (the least expensive) did not come with a low profile bracket, nor the 2nd display port to DVI or other adapter. The drivers disk was easily navigated to get to the correct installation and installed easily.
Customer support was not able to help me with the low profile adapter and I haven't been able to find one as of yet. This is a fairly new product I guess. I would use the site again, and in the future will likely call more Sales / Customer Service departments to get clarification on parts in question."
