"I had high hopes for this company as they had a lot of ratings according the Google's shopping feature. It was the only store that all all the parts I needed in one place. But I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I am an IT Manager for 2 companies. They first raised a stink because the credit card address and shipping address were different. Well, no kidding! They can't ship to a PO box anyways. So they had me fill out a separate authorization form and fax in a scan of the front and back of the credit card. I did that. I never received a confirmation. I called the guy Ron in who had me send that information in. I could only ever get a voice mail. I left messages in other departments as well just so I could know what the status of the order was. Never got a response. I was already upset and ready to take business elsewhere but I still didn't know if they had charged the card or planned to. After I finally got through by way of help from a worker in an unrelated department, they were able to connect me with Ron. He said the order was cancelled 6 DAYS AGO by some management that claimed we didn't pass the fraud check. I was never notified, they never returned their calls, and got only voice messages in almost every department I tried. We've been in business many years and there is no reason to have failed that check. Clearly there was a breakdown in communication somewhere, but the fact they couldn't communicate any of that with me, is beyond ridiculous. They missed out on a several thousand dollar order and all our future business. Worst purchase experience I've had yet in my 10 years of purchasing!!!"

Reasons:

I couldn't get the promised free shipping to register for my order, so had to call customer service and leave a message. I got a prompt return call from a woman who promised to reverse the charge and did.

The order shipped the day after I placed it. I settled for UPS ground, but amazingly, it arrived on my doorstep the following day.

Two days from placement of order to receipt of product would be phenomenal even without the free shipping. I'm impressed.

All was exactly as advertised, both in terms of charge and product. "
