"Well this last expirence with the company has not been a positive one. They first of all sent us the wrong battery and when i tried to return it, they gave me a bunch of crap for it. I understand i completed the request form wrong but when i tried to explain to them what the situation was, they were still trying to make us pay a 25% restocking fee. After going round and round with the maager, we decided to just forget about the bs and pay the restockign fee. We however have decided to not do business with compuvest because we don't think it's right or apporiate to be treated like this. i persoanlly felt like it was being called a liar. and is is not the second time they have messed up our order. "
