I ordered two LSI SAS cards. They were advertised as NEW. At no point in the description or ordering process, did they say that they were "bulk" or "refurbished". What I actually received were two cards. Both were used and one was the actual LSI card I ordered and the other was an HP-branded card. I was not pleased to have been bait-and-switched, but I didn't have time to order from someone else.

The HP-branded card could not have its firmware updated with LSI firmware, so I could not use it our server because the firmware of every SAS card needed to match.

Two weeks after my original order date and one week after receiving the cards, I requested an RMA through their site, which touted a 30 day return policy.

They rejected my RMA because I hadn't put it in within 7 days of receipt of the order. I called and they then lied to me and said that the description for these cards said "New Bulk". I have a printed copy of my receipt and it clearly says "NEW" and never mentions the word bulk or refurbished. They claimed that I was lying. They claimed that I should have put in the RMA earlier and they wouldn't issue me an RMA.

Absolutely the worst reseller I have worked with in MANY years. They are committing fraud, then lying to my face and refusing to issue my a refund for the one card that I was trying to return. I wasn't even trying to return the other card that they lied to me about, just the one that wouldn't work. Unbelievable!"
