"I feel I recieved a very good system at a good price. The ordering process was actually enjoyable due to the knowledgeable individual that helped me and we walked through each area of the build and customized it exactly the way I wanted it. I was very impressed with this.
Build and delivery time on the PC were good and I recieved tracking info when it shipped as promised.

The only negative or thing I was not happy with was the monitor I ordered with the system. I ordered a 24" monitor that I did not get delivered to me until 4 days after I recieved the pc. I realize the computer itself had to be built and tested so there would be some time involved and they made that perfectly clear up front. However, the monitor is an ASUS monitor so I think I can safely assume they did not have to build the monitor and test it before shipping it. The system and monitor were ordered on 1-26 and the computer arrived on 2-4-11 and that is very good to me. The monitor did not show up unitl 2-8-11 which is 13 days from the day I ordered it and 4 days after the computer was delivered. So here is my gripe. I have a new computer that I waited on and it gets delivered with no monitor.....seriously? So one will say "Sir the monitor ships from a different location"....My point exactly. If the order was made on 1-26, the monitor had nothing to do with the computer and the monitor did not have to be built and tested, why not go ahead and ship the monitor so the customer will have it when the computer arrives as opposed to shipping the monitor 4 days after the customer gets the computer they have been waiting on for a week and a half. So now the customer has a brand new computer they cannot even use until the monitor comes in 4 days later which was totally unnecessary if the monitor would have been shipped when the order was placed. Poor planning and logistics in my opinion.

So now that is out of the way, all in all happy so far. They do seem to have a good product, very knowledgeable people and a good price.

I am concerned about the Sandy Bridge issues Intel is having and I have not spoken to ComputerLX about it. My system is one affected by the Intel chip flaws but I have no doubt ComputerLX will work with me on this to make any issues right.

Bottom line....I would buy from them again and receommend them to anyone"
