I was in the market for a custom build computer and found their site easiest to navigate and it gave the best information on components. Some off site research was required, but all in all, their info was great. Ordered the computer and I though their pricing was good. No taxes or shipping was charged. Took about a week and a half from order to delivery. I took comfort in knowing they tested my tower for a couple days before delivery. When the computer was delivered, it was literally plug it in, and do your thing. The most painless computer start up I've ever dealt with. The computer is Fantastic!! "The PC arrived very well packaged and will all the required drivers. A single sheet set up instructional guide would be handy for less experienced owners who are installing their own operating system. Just a suggestion, would cut back on support calls too most likely.
