"I just wanted to start by saying that it has been a pleasure working with the staff at All PC Zone / ComputerLX, particularly Katie, who hung in there throughout all of my questions via email, of which there were many.
In Late February 2009, I started looking online in earnest for a company that offered to build a mid- to high-end computer with the specific components for which I was looking. This was not an easy task since I had already made up my mind regarding which exact case, processor, memory, power supply, motherboard and video card that I wanted in my system.
All PC Zone has a wonderfully designed website that allows you to select whether you want an AMD or Intel system and then lets you configure the system exactly the way that you want it. In addition, if there is something that is not listed or is unavailable on their website, which was the case with my AMD Phenom II X3 720 BE processor, it is extremely quick and easy to request a quote for the system with that particular item included. They even check for incompatibility between the CPU and the motherboard that you choose and make sure the BIOS is flashed with the newest update available.
I was impressed with the price for which All PC Zone was able to build my system. I priced the components at Newegg.com and pricewatch.com and knew about what everything should cost, including shipping. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that All PC Zone was not that much more expensive than odering the components and building the system myself, which I have done before several times. (I have built many systems before and it can sometimes be very frustrating and tricky to get everything to work properly, especially when there are BIOS updates, drivers and the operating system to install.) By ordering from All PC Zone, I got a system that was immediately ready to go upon receipt and that is warranted for 3 years.
I have had my system for about 10 days now and have not had any difficulties with it, so I can't comment on the support from All PC Zone. I can only imagine that it is top notch as well.
The next time I am in the market for a computer, All PC Zone will be at the top of my list. I will also highly recommend All PC Zone to my friends, family and co-workers that are interested in purchasing a new computer.

AllPCZone only contacted me AFTER I posted this review but would not respond to my 4 emails (their voice mail was full)since. They chose only to respond to this review instead of to me.
Following is the final pricing email I received from AllPCZone before I placed my order. One change I DID make on Katie's advice...I did downgrade from the 9950 to the 9850 in exchange for the 3rd fan at no charge(Katie told me they had MANY returns for the 9950) which I can post if needed. You can clearly read that the speaker/keyboard/mouse package IS included.EVERY computer listed comes with this pack. All photos clearly show only 2 fans installed not the 3 as ordered.If by chance they knew there wasn't room for a 3rd fan then why did they sell me one???
Also, ALL written materials past and current say "2-4 business day shipping due to 48 hour burn-in"...check the site (a blatant lie that ALL can check tho...come on ???!!!)! Mine was postmarked 6 business days (8 days total)after order, but that is not the issue for me...it's that they continue to refuse to honor their own word, period, and give me what was ordered. You can not take back what is written. I will ALSO post the reply email from this company promising a next-day refund and shipping of missing items. Must I do that next if they don't return my 4 emails since posting!!! Why do they talk to THIS SITE and not to me? hummmmm.....notice all of the re-written reviews so people can get their free game?

Received order 1 week late and was missing 4 items: 1 install and 3 seperates. Notified the company immediately of situation and was emailed back right away that a credit would be issued to my card and the missing items would be shipped NEXT day.
TWO MONTHS LATER and no refund and no products.
This company simply DOES NOT CARE about their customers as you can see from all the issues noted on this post.

"On April 10, 2009, I received notification from All PC Zone that they plan to replace my broken CPU. If I understand correctly, I will soon be shipped this replacement product, at which time I will have no further dispute with All PC Zone.
I purchased a computer from APZ (All PC Zone) from their eBay store on 12/16/2007. The computer arrived in a timely manner and worked great until September 2008. The computer would constantly loop back to boot every time it was turned on. Thinking I had some sort of virus, I proceeded to run scans using Norton Antivirus software and Microsoft Defender. Neither helped, so I decided to reinstall Windows XP. Since this didn’t help either, I concluded the problem must be a hardware issue.
The computer has a three year warranty from APZ (see attached) so I called Edward at APZ tech support. Edward was extremely helpful and, under his direction, we performed various trouble shooting procedures. He suspected that the motherboard was the problem, so I returned the motherboard, memory, and CPU to APZ for repair/replacement. The motherboard, CPU, and memory were returned to me 01/02/2009. Unfortunately, the problem had not been resolved. I continued my conversations with Edward at tech support. We finally determined that the Q6600 CPU was at fault. It was at this time that Edward said the CPU was not covered by the three year warranty. He offered to sell me a replacement part for approximately $200.00. I told him that I wished to speak to “the person with the final say” in the matter. He indicated that to be Michael Solovey. I called, but was unable to speak to Mr. Solovey. Katie at the customer service number relayed my need for a functional CPU to him. On 01/07/2009, I was issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (see attached). I shipped the CPU back to APZ, which they received on 01/12/2009. A few days later, I spoke with Edward in tech support. He confirmed that the CPU was indeed the failure point. He indicated that it would be up to Customer Service to reconcile the matter. Since then, I have called and emailed numerous times. I have been told the following:
1. I must talk to Mr. Michael Solovey to resolve the issue.
2. Mr. Michael Solovey is a very busy man and does not handle matters such as this.
3. Customer Service says this is a tech department issue and I should contact them.
4. Tech support says this is a Customer Service issue and that I should contact them.
5. CPU’s generally do not fail. It is very rare for one to ever break without being abused.
6. APZ’s 3 year warranty is actually a limited warranty. My CPU had a 30 day warranty which has long since expired. “I’m sorry, but there is nothing we can do.”
7. APZ’s 3 year warranty is actually a limited warranty. My CPU had a 60 day warranty which has long since expired. “I’m sorry, but there is nothing we can do.”
8. APZ’s 3 year warranty is actually a limited warranty. My CPU had a 1 year warranty which unfortunately has just expired. “I’m sorry, but there is nothing we can do.”
I am currently awaiting a call or email from APZ. I have been promised return calls.

"I was surfing the web looking to purchase a new desktop PC. Got tired of trying to "upgrade" my old desktop. Came across AllPcZone through their adds on EBay. Was very skeptical at first and was considering a Dell. Felt uncomfortable going with a smaller, offbrand company. But, after speaking with Alex in sales, I decided to give them a try. Their value seemed to be in using better components along with a 3 year warranty. This would have cost close to $150 with Dell.Much to my surprise, I had my computer within 3 days of ordering...and it had a better processor than I specified. An AMD Athlon dual-core 2.7 GHz unit rather than the 2.6 GHz I ordered. I wanted to transfer some components from my old computer, a DVD drive and an accessory HD. Though they were not components I bought from them, Edward in service walked me through the process of installing them in the new computer. I realized that I didn't have enough IDE connections to do this and they swapped out their IDE DVD-RW for a SATA version and overnighted it to me. I am very satisfied with their sincere concern to provide excellant customer service and wil recommend them without hesitation."
