1.) they build the machine for me and since it nearby where i lived i spoke to the people running the show and trust me they are very nice people.
I can say everything good about them customer service technical support buying parts etc i thank them so much.
2.) i use the pc they gave me i make youtube videos i am a hardcore gamer and thanks to them i can finnally game with no lag no issues at all thank you Computerlx/allpczone

"I purchased my gaming rig almost 2 years ago and I had a great experience with AllPcZone. I have built my own computers in the past, but their overall price, along with a warranty, well, I could not beat it. Also, I have seen where some consumers don't register their individual equipment with the manufacturers, such as graphic cards. I can tell you, for an system builder stand point, you really need to do that. AllPcZone told me to do that, but I already new. Some of the graphic card companies provide a longer warranty and you should take advantage of it. I really am totally satisfied with AllPcZone and will order another rig from them Again, the quality of the build was very professional, came packaged extremely well so I incurred no damage and the unit ran extremely well. The only issue I had, which was not their fault, I was having crashes when attempting to run games. They ran several remote tests on my computer that showed it was not a graphic issue. They told me to look at the motherboard web site and see if there was an undated bios. Well, there was, since the computer was built. Downloaded it and no issues. Another reason to keep your bios up to date. Great job AllPCZone!"

"If you want a great computer made for a price that beats all the competition less building one yourself, use ComputerLX. The customer service rep Elena is great when it comes to helping you and will make sure that you get what you want. Just make sure to be specific with your order and she will do everything possible to make you satisfied. I did however have some slight technical problems with my custom built PC that included the on-board sound. The IT department was very helpful with trying to help me resolve the problem even though we were unable to. "I ordered my PC via phone through Elena. I ordered by phone because I had special requests for my build that weren't offered on the website. Elena understood my needs and ordered up my special requests without a hitch. I was shocked to see how fast the machine was assembled and delivered. I received all of the driver disks and unused spare hardware that came with the products I selected. I ordered my system without an operating system. Although I ordered it this way, the techs who assembled my system had everything working as expected. I ordered two additional hot-swap bays for my HDDs and they were ordered and installed as I specified. I installed Win7 64bit and all went smoothly.
