"Bottom Line Upfront:
You must burn test the machine yourself if purchasing from them. I don't believe that they do the 72 hours performance burn test on the machines prior shipping out. The merchant will resolve your issue within a timely manner, should there be anything wrong with the machine. If you don't mind the hassle, they do offer a decent price.

Here's how I reached to this conclusion:

This had been a very interested buying experience.

The system showed up in a timely manner with the following issues.
1. Side panel was cracked.
2. Video card was not installed properly.
3. The system starts to get CMOS failure within five hours.

My immediate reaction is to reinstall the video card, shoot them an e-mail, and file a review. While the tech support blamed it on "shipping damage", and called me a jerk for writing the review without contacting them to resolve the issue first. I agreed to revised my review again after the issue had been resolved.

They immediately recalled the system back. Fix everything, and overnight it back to me. The whole process took about a week, which is pretty impressive, considering.

1. Cracked side window. It's probably the shipping. It was replaced.
2. Video card was re-installed by me prior shipping back, so that's my bad for not giving them the chance of finding out what happened.
3. The system had a single defective memory that they replaced. Per their tech support, it should've took no more than 10 minutes for them to fix this issue, and the system didn't have to go back.

Thru out the whole process, their tech support Ed, a very unpleasant man to deal with, respond all my e-mail within the 12 hours window. However, they are almost impossible to be reached by phone. Maybe it's just me, because I can't stand waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes."

Shipping time was what I expected it to be for a custom built desktop, i understand it can take a few days to make it.
