"Hey i just got my PC and it is everything i imagined. I payed a little extra for some upgraded components and i far out performs any store bought pc for cheaper if u know what to look for. I definitely didnt know what to look for but i had great customer care from a service represenative by the name of Elena. She was so awesome, very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure i was getting what i was looking for. She didnt just try to sell me the most expensive parts or packages, she asked me what i wanted and configured the best PC for my budget and needs. She even went to certain homepages of different brands and products to research what i was looking interested in to give the the exact specifications of the components and hardware i was inquiring about. To top it all off, she had an awesome bond girl foreign accent. "Very good company to work with. Fast easy ordering. My computer arrived just as I customized it. Everything working just fine. Had a question about software and got my answer quickly and a disk in the mail a couple of days later.

"The salesman I talked to was helpful. I was disappointed to find that they did not ship my Windows 7 disc with the computer. That should be an automatic since I paid full price for it. Additionally, be careful if you buy a case from them - they charge extra to get even the STOCK fans installed and it doesn't mention that anywhere on their site. Also - the original mobo I had picked out was labeled as HDMI on the website but when I called the agent confirmed it was mislabelled. So - a good idea to call this place before you order and really do your research on the parts. The computer was professionally put together and seems to be running just fine so far.

EDIT: In response to the response below - when I tried to call the customer service number on the website I was given another number to call and the person that I spoke to said that I would NOT be given a backup DVD and I would just have to figure out a way to download a back up. If what you are saying is true and I can get a back up DVD - can you please arrange one to be sent to me because the service rep I spoke to refused. Thanks."

"Received the computer on Friday and it works great. Sales was super in tweaking my build. However, I ordered a monitor with the computer that I believed had a dvi port. It did not. It did not mention this on the box either or on the product description on the website. I tried to return the monitor today to ComputerLX and was told that once it was opened it was non-returnable. This means I have to eat the cost of the monitor. The reasoning I was given was that they could not resell it, which is hard to believe since every other builder and retailer will take things back gladly.

I want to emphasize that I do love the computer and so far it works and performs great, but I did not read anywhere on the website that a peripheral such as a monitor could not be returned. This makes me very upset as well. Also, to activate your warranty you have to write a review, which is odd."
