"The best part of my AllPCZone experience was the patient up-front pre-sales help. I am not an in-depth PC geek who keeps up with the latest and was faced with having techno-shock in jumping from a nearly 7 yr old XP entry level Celeron PC up to the present day Win 7 world. Elena in Sales made it fairly painless - just present to her your well thought-out description and questions of what you want in your new PC. She can then translate it all into hardware options to weigh in making final decisions. She really knew her stuff and was able to juggle all kinds of this-or-that comparisons, what the trade-offs are, etc.
The transaction for my PC went well with no glitches even though I was a bit worried about placing an order going into a major holiday. They got it all right including my request for custom partitioning of the HDD. The PC arrived in a timely manner. When unpacking, I observed that there was some protective cushioning between all sides, top, & bottom of the PC inside an inner box (the original case box), and the sides of the outer box.
I inspected the PC inside and out before powering up for the first time. All looked normal; no apparent shipping damage. I hooked everything up for an initial test & hit the Power button. It booted up fast, first thing right out of the box. No problems in the nearly 30 days I have had the new machine.
I did submit a rather obscure Email question to Support about the Realtek HD Audio as implemented on the Biostar mobo but did not receive a reply. But not an issue, since the lack of documentation for using the Realtek HD Audio Manager with the ACL892 chip set as used in the Biostar is more the responsibility of Realtek. I finally figured out enough from one useful page on the howtogeek.com site to take care of my need.
So, overall, I am pleased with my experience with ALLPCZone - I think they really are commendably customer-oriented and worthy of consideration for your business as a conscientious reseller."
