"Horrible experience. I ordered something 2 day mail and it took 7 days for them to get back to me that they do not ship to the US minor islands (which they claim are not part of the US - tell that to the marines). Although, I understand all that, what really upset me was that they lied to me about having sent me numerous emails and phone calls. I know this is not true. My law firm tracks all incomming calls and backs up all emails.
Waiting until 2 days before christmas to tell me my order cannot be shipped is bad, to lie about having told me "numerous" times before - to keep their manager from chewing them out for screwing up is horrible.
Order at your own risk. I already know the employees lie to cover things up. "

"Ordered a video Card on a Thursday Morning (1:40AM), when it was listed as IN STOCK, see where I am going? Waited as Thursday and Friday came and went, that is their 24-48hr window to ship, and nothing about my order shipping was sent to me nor did the 'in process' status of my order change on their site.
What DID change was that Thurday evening my item went from IN STOCK to BACKORDERED. I wait for Monday, it is a busy time of year, nothing changes except I have yet to be contacted about the fact that my order is backordered. I call Tuesday night because again no change in the 'in process' status of my order. Well Customer service tells me my order is backordered, you think that in the 4 business days they had my order, they could have let me know. They took the time to update the website, why not the customer who is waiting for their merchandise?
Anyways I have lost time with these people and that is enough for me to say, call them because apparently they aren't gonna bother letting YOU know anything about YOUR order. Personally I won't bother shopping with them again, wasting my time is a deal breaker, and hiding your mistakes is just pathetic.
