"Prior to placing order last Saturday I requested confirmation that the item requested could be delivered the following Tuesday. This was confirmed by a service representative as long as I paid a rush and overnight shipping fees. The order was placed but was delivered one day later than needed.
Although the experience was not what I expected Computerbrain agreed to refund a fair portion of the expediting costs. This speaks well of their customer service."

"I was immediately given a tracking order for delivery but it was never activated and I was never E-mailed on nature of the delay. I called twice and was told it was still on backorder. After 5 weeks I cancelled.
At least the company had an 800 number and were courteous & nice people. Their policy is to charge a credit card only when the backordered expresso machine was shipped. So I had no worry about getting my money back. "

"I would order from this company again, although my experience was not perfect. The item I ordered was out of stock, though it said "in stock" on their web site. However, they called me the day I ordered to let me know, and they did not charge me until they shipped me the item. I followed up with them when the item was delayed longer than they had estimated, and I think that tipped them off that they needed to get it into the mail. "The price for their store was excellent. At least 15% lower than any other store for this product. I purchased my product knowing it was on back order unaware of when the product would ship. I have yet to recieve my product, and it has not shipped. I'm somewhat dissapointed because i've been checking back regularily to find out if the product is in stock. 3 days ago the product was listed as "in stock" online, my order is still in processing and has not shipped.
Since my order isn't time critical, this doens't really matter to me. I was given the option to expidite my processing, i opted not to and this may be the consiquence for not spending that little extra.
Other than that, i'm rather pleased, contacting the company etc and navigating their website is somewhat troubling, but overall i would recommend them.
It was my fault for reading the website wrong, the product was never "in stock" at anypoint, thermaltake is having problems delivering this product and it will take a few more weeks for it to become available."
