"I ordered a Gateway computer from these CLOWNS first, via the website, through Paypal, and the order just "went away" (told me to go back to my cart).
I called customer service and explained what happened and the rep said she would take the order over the phone. She checked inventory and said they had them in stock.
Well, after a day and a half of my order being in "processing", I called to find out what was going on. I was told the order took a little while longer because I was a new customer?? I then checked the website a while later and the status was changed to "in shipping queue".
Wellllll, a day later I received an email stating that sorry, the item has been cancelled because it was unavailable for shipment!?!?! After all of that runaround, this is what I got.
The credit card debit is still showing on my card.
I'm going to call these CLOWNS next. I HIGHLY recommend you AVOID this compnany!!!"
