"Geeks.com is a fantastic store to work with when you're buying computer or electronic products. I've been a buyer in a reseller with geeks since 1996 and have always been extremely happy. I make frequent purchases from them sometime several times a week and I very rarely have any problem, but when I do they resolve it quickly. Recently, I bought two refurbish computers and some other stuff, everything came quickly and was in great condition. But then I found that one of the computers had a bad hard drive as soon as I started it. I called Geeks and they immediately sent me a new hard drive so I could replace the bad one, they didn't even require that I send the old one back. That really save me a lot of time and effort. Most companies would mainly send the computer back and get a new one which would've taken about a week or more. This way I was able to get the computer up and running within two days and the customer was extremely happy. I highly recommend Computer Geeks to anyone who is buying computer or electronic parts either as an individual or as a reseller. I'm also very happy that I'm an affiliate with geeks it works well for my business. In the 16 years that I've been working with Computer Geeks I've never had a problem that wasn't resolved within a day or so. All of their people techs, salespeople and office people are really great and have been over the years. Geeks customer service employees did a wonderful job to help solve my problems. Both customer service and technical support did their jobs very professionally.
BAD NEWS It took 3 replacements to get a product that worked. I had to take parts from all three to get one system to function. This was sold as refurbished, but all three deliveries were chipped and scratched. I have bought other refurbished item from them and they were great. When i called Viso to ask for Tech support They told me Geeks is not a authorized seller and they must have bought is from some third party. ONLY BUY FROM FACTORY AUTHORIZED SELLERS "
