"I placed an order for a 250GB Hard Drive that they had priced over $100 under MSRP so I e-mailed them to confirm this was not an error, and they said it wasn't so I placed the order. Then they e-mail me advising it is BACK ORDERED for 15 days. So I wait the 15 days and e-mail them for an update. They never respond and I still do not have the drive. I checked with other resellers and they have the drive instock so they should have it or be able to get it. I checked the site and they have removed the item. I believe since they are ignoring me and that they removed it they finially relized the error and are avoiding me hoping I will cancel the order. I will not, they made a mistake I tried to give them an out and e-mailed to confirm if it was and they didnt say it was. They mispriced it and they need to stand by it. Next I will be complaining to the BBB. Then to my local AG, and then theirs if they do not fix this and get me my drive."

I would not suggest doing business with this Company if you are ordering for a Business.. If you are a casual home user then you will be just fine.

I used a Corperate Credit Card and they refuse to ship the product to the Company that holds the card.

They will only ship to the persons house that has their name on the card. This really screws things up because the Card Holder is not at home and work at the same time.

I ordered this product 3Day air because I needed it pretty quick but it looks as if it will be more like 5 or 6 days before I see my Raid Controller..


Maybe they have just not dealt with large Corperations Before. I don't Know..

I went on to check for stock availability with several other places (including Kingston themselves!) and all were out and on backorder. Aside from that, to check on an item I decided to call them. One of their offices is on the east coast, however, they have a west coast office. (Which is the one I called) The person I talked too confirmed that the item was indead instock and could probably ship that day. UPS got the order on the 25'th, and I got the stuff on the 28'th. (I had selected Ground shipping) These guys were fast, and courteous. I would absolutely buy from them again."
