You have my e-mail address, in fact I received an e-mail this morning, offering to sell me more of these computers that you can't ship, because you don't have the necessary supplies. We are also in the manufacturing and sales business. If I treated
my customers the same way you treated me, I would expect to lose those customers!

I sent three emails over a week and also filled out the RMA request form on their web page. I got no response. I gave them a negative rating on EBay. A day later they gave me a negative rating, claiming I did not contact them. Blame me for their administrative problems? I finally got into contact with the owner via email. She gave me a RMA number. I mailed the faulty memory to them. Two weeks pass with response. US Post Office tracking number shows they accepted the package two days after I mailed it. "I've ordered from this company several years ago and was pleased w/ the order(s)-they sent me an extra video card by mistake one time-but one time, I ordered a cd rom and it quit working w/in a short period of time afterwards. I got a RMA from them and sent it back. Per a phone call to them, they said their techies said it was defective and I would be sent a replacement. When I opened the package, it looked like the same one. I installed it and it didn't work. I called them back and they told me that it did work and they sent me my original one back. I raised hell and said it still didn't work and I wanted my money back. Again I got another RMA and sent it back. I didn't get my money back promptly so I notified the BBB and they had to interviene. Finally I got my money back. Will not order from them again unless I'm hard pressed for something at a cheep price."

"I have found this retalier to serve its purposes reasonably well, but there are a few things its not. It does not tend to be very quick, and deals with odd items. As such, never order anyhting not listed as in stock, and maek sure any special youorder is a recent offering, otherwise it may be out.
On the other hand, they have a nice selection good prices on lots of stuff (always checkup on their prices though), adn acceptable service in most cases."
