"My experience has been incredibly average. This company has delivered what I've ordered....eventually. To their credit, I ordered the free item of the day on one order in the past and it was back ordered. Imagine my surprise when the back-ordered free item was actually shipped!
I am currently in the midst of RMA heck, but nothing I haven't seen anywhere else. They had sent me the two sticks of RAM I ordered, one worked in my machine and the other didn't even though they were identical. I returned the faulty piece which, of course, passed their quality test. I am now waiting for my replacement....
Never order anything from here if you need it in a hurry. Prices are decent, but my past orders have taken 2-3 weeks to receive even though they charge my card promptly. "

"Good deal cause I got three items for only $8.50 (mostly shipping) thanks to the "Online Deals and Coupons" forum, but this vendor has really, really slow order processing.
It's been five days since my order and they still say there's no tracking info in their data base and "We are currently running about 3-4 days on processing In-Stock orders, not counting weekends. Please allow up to this time before requesting more information."
Well, it's been FIVE days already and I'll request more information as soon and often as I feel like it, thank you.
UPDATE: Now it's been 11 days and no change. Ya know, I would assume this vendor offers these promotions to foster good will and develop a customer base for future business. If so, they have failed in a big way. I won't ever do business again with someone like this -- and I buy a lot of stuff online."
"These people are unreliable. On 5/3 placed order. Wee of 5/10 sent e-mail asking where order was. No answer. Started sending saily e-mail to all their addresses and finally got an answer. Said it would be shipped on 5/21. E-mailed on Wednesday asking for tracking number. Got a reply that it hadn't shipped. Sent e-mail telling them if it did not arrive by Friday at no additional cost, the order was cancelled and that I would refuse any package arriving after that date. Got e-mail late Friday afternoon that the package had been shipped. or rather the label printed through UPS. Decided to keep the items and to NEVER do business with them again."

placed the order, I called to confirm that
the motherboard was in stock. I was told
that there were ~60 in stock. Ten days later
the order has not shipped. I called CSO,
the lady said it hasn't shipped because the
motherboards are not in stock. So far, I'm

Update 3/15: CSO called and said they have
one mobo of the type I ordered and it will
ship immediately. However, I just got my
credit card bill in the mail. They charged
my account the day the order was taken, even

"This online store is saling "FREE McAfee VirusScan 7.0 w/Firewall ($99 Value)" . It sounds like that all I have to pay is the shipping fee. So I ordered and paid $8 for the shipping. When the confirmation email sent to me, the product name that I purchased changed into: "SOF-MCVS7 FREE McAfee Virus 90 Day 1 $0.00 $0.00". Noted the "90 Day" in the name of product, I went back to their website again, there is a link to another site stating that I have to paid $12 a year for keeping using the product. On the manufacturer's webpage, it sells the program for $59.99 with no need of paying $12 per year upgrading fee. I felt that I was cheated on and misled. I am very disappointed.

"I placed an order with them on 12/22/02, and a month later they still had not shipped my system. They debited my account 2 days after the purchase, even though they didn't even have them in stock. Everytime I asked for an order status, I received the same canned response, "We hope to have the systems shipped by the end of the week." "Ipurchased a desktop computer which proved to have a defective modem and mouse. When I discovered this and contacted the company, I was instructed to call their tech dept, a long distance call. Instead, I returned the product. This reseller takes a long time to analyze the complaint. I was then informed that everything worked fine and that I had not installed the drivers which had been provided on a cd. I was therefore subject to their restocking fee. I know that I did install the drivers which could easily be verified by looking at the hard disk ( I had installed an operating system which did not come with the product. It is my belief that any product sent back to them puts them ahead of the game. They can now make a slight adjustment and sell the same product again. In the meantime, I am stuck with the cost of a restocking fee, an os that I no longer need, and the cost of shipping the item back. Then it was necessary to wait weeks for the credit to appear.
I can thank this company for one thing: I have discontinued purchasing major equipment over the internet and will now avoid buyers regret."

a few controller cards and some network
cables. The goods came on time and in
good condition. I noticed that two of the
network cables were a few feet shorter than
the lengths I ordered. Not a biggie, but
I emailed them about the discrepancy. I did
not state specifically what I wanted, just
that they had erred. Got a same-day, polite reply
letting me know that they would send the right
cables, and that I should keep the incorrect
ones. Mistakes happen, making good on them should
too -- and it appears that they agree. Good for them."
