"I have been a customer since 2005 and overall its been an okay service. I have placed an order back in Dec almost 2 months ago a pre-order ETA for Dec09. They then changed there ETA to Feb2010 sometime in January without any notice. Its to much trouble to cancel order at this point and willing to just wait. Not surprised if they change there ETA again March/April. Who knows but suggest not pre-ordering products from this company. Update - They changed ETA to March now with no email to the customer."
