"Consolesource.com is a pleasant site to navigate and offer a multitude of interesting products. The flat rate shipping and the possibility of savings when buying in bulk is a bonus to the buyers. The expedited parcel shipping offers tracking which allowed me to follow the whereabouts of the order.

Unfortunately consolesource doesn't accept paypal, but it does accept payment via credit cards. Finally, when I placed the order reselleratings offered a 2 gb microsd if I wrote a review; only to find out that the offer changed to a gas card. "

"They removed the money form my bank acount on December 27. The phone number on their web page is disconnected and the 1-800 number has no voicemail nor will anyone answer the phone.
Update: Though I ordered three items clearly listed as in stock(wii remote, charger, etc.) they claim they were out for the holidays and the items were not in stock. They did finally refund my money. I guess it was a "miscummication.""

"My order was made on 28 Dec 2009. I discovered that I ordered the wrong item after I had already paid for the item. Not less than 15 minutes after I had completed the order I sent an email to customer service to cancel my order. I did not receive an answer about my cancellation until 6 Jan 2010 concerning this. By then then the item was already shipped and was told there would not be a refund. Customer service should have replied well before that!"
