"The process of online purchase was very efficient and the seller is very fast to ship with UPS Tracking information email to the receiver. The only suggestion of improvement would be that the items shipped were placed loosly inside the shipping box with out any packing. When I recieve it from the UPS driver it was rattling; that did not sound very good for shipping transport. Aside from the obvious that these are small electronic components that do not like abuse the other point to mention would be that the box recieved had one of the sides crushed with a hole that was large enough for the content to fall out. It appears that UPS did place several straps of packing tape over it at some point. In the end all is well with the products ordered and received and I will definatly recomend this seller."

"I placed an order on a weekend, but realized I had ordered the wrong item for my DSi. I called their customer service first thing Monday morning trying to make a correction on the order. However, my calls were made throughout the day but no one picked up the phone. Finally in the afternoon with the n-th attempt, somone answered the phone. I told him the problem. He said it was too late and the order was shipped. About 1+ hour later, I received an email saying that a shipping labeled was printed. How interesting. I had no choice but wait for the item to arrive. After I received the item, I submitted a return ticket through their online RMA department. It has been more than a week, I still have not heard from them. According to their rules "you must request an RMA number by submitting a ticket to the RMA department before the product can be returned". That means, I cannot return this item. I have a lot of items on my shopping list, but I will never, ever shop with this site again. It's the most horrific online shopping experience I have ever had."
