"First time I ordered from them, I received my item very quickly. This time, I placed an order for the same item, and it is listed as in stock. I placed the order on 9/22/11, and it is now 10/18/2011. The order status says "queued." Sent an email 10/13/2011 about the issue, and have still not received a response."

However, only 1 worked. The other 3 could not be recognized at all by any ds consoles. I tried all suggestions by AceKard site to trouble shoot but still did not work. This was tested several ds consoles. I ordered AceKard 2i from ConsoleSource before and the cards worked fine the very first time. I decided I wanted a refund. I submitted a helpdesk ticket at ConsoleSources site on Oct 07,2011 to ask for RMA so I can return the defective cards. It is now Oct 15, 2011 and I have not gotten a reply at all from ConsoleSource. I tried calling their toll free number on numerous occasions ***-***-****. I was never able to get through at all. The line was either always busy or no one would answer. I also emailed them on Oct 12, 2011 and Oct 14, 2011 hoping for a response. I have not have ANY response from them at all. Their support website says they will reply in 24-48 hours. It has been over a week now and I can not get a hold anyone from ConsoleSource. They are totally trying to ignore this problem. Now I only want to return everything including the good AceKard so I can receive a full refund. This company has ZERO customer service. I will follow up this with complaint to the BBB.

The item was tag In stock on their website, but when I wrote a ticket asking information about my order, they said it will be ship out on Oct 4 because of a back order. In the meantime I wrote an email to the customer service, the same day and they answered me with a complete different information: they told me it would take 2-3 weeks because of a back order.
So, I rewrite another email to the customer service to ask what is actually going on and they say there has been a delay and it would now take 3-4 weeks to ship out.
We went from 1 week, to 2-3 weeks and now it's 3-4 weeks. In one more week it might become never.
I very very dissatisfied and dissapointed and I will never ever shop there again. Beware. I thinking about cancelling my order and ordering somewhere else, but I'm pretty sure they won't let me be better off that easily.

"My very first order with consolesource hasn't even been completed as of yet and I already think this is a HORRIBLE, CRAP company. I placed my order exactly a week ago and elected for the best available shipping option (2-5 days.) The very next day the Visa charge cleared with my checking account. Cool. My status went from "processing" to "queued." Awesome. Here is where it all goes down hill... I ordered on Monday, got charged on Tuesday, yet my order remained on "queued" status for the remainder of the week. On Friday my goods should have already been in my possession hence paying an additional $9.95 for 2-5 shipping. Now its day number 7, my order status is still "queued" and at 9:01 am EST I began calling to get the same busy signal/answering machine over and over again. Your phone system/business has only been open for ONE MINUTE how can all of your reps be busy this soon? My emails and phone calls from last week have gone unanswered as well as my ticket for customer support I filled with their help desk. This company has an A+ rating with the BBB and most of the reviews I've read on this site are favorable, EXCEPT from customers in the USA, they all seem to be having the same problems I have. In the last 3 years there have been 8 complaints filed with the BBB, the last 1 being within the last 4 weeks. Hello complaint number 9.

After reading this I tried to call again but was unsuccessful after another 30 minutes with and endless count of busy signals and voicemail prompts,
So they pretended it was just "queuing" for a week while it was truly on back-order the whole time. I have seen this exact same complaint with this same company before. I finally got a "live person" on the web-chat client and they assured me that my NEW order will ship today and be in Los Angeles,Ca by Friday.. We'll see. the webchat lady or guy also said that I would be getting a call from a sales rep too... Fingers crossed..."

No point arguing with customers on a review website. It just shows your bad services. And take a look at ConsoleSource ratings. It's dropping. And look at the reviews for the recent 2-3 months. Most are bad ones.
It's a FACT that ConsoleSource choose to use CanadaPost express service. This has NOTHING to do with the customer.
Be it the act of god or whatever reasons. Its not the customer's liability.
Are you trying to say that due to the act of god i have to pay the shipping fees of US$29.95 just to wait for 2 months till the items are shipped to me?
And another thing to note is that it is only up till now then i get to know the items are shipped late due to the bad weather through consolesource.com's response.
Why must consolesource.com wait till customers write bad reviews and seek BBB for assistance then they tell you what happen to your items?

"I have purchased previously from consolesource years ago and they used to be great with support and shipping, etc. However, I ordered an item over a week ago and I e-mailed them asking for some questions the same day. A week later I get an e-mail answering my question and turns out the item won't ship for another couple of days even though the website status was processing and then set to QUEUED by day 2. I picked free shipping (on an already $8 overpriced item, which would have been the same as ordering from Divineo w/ paid shipping) which said 3-8 days, if it hasn't even shipped by day 8, how will it reach me by day 8? What sort of company "queues" it for shipping for over a week after it has completed "processing" and schedules it to ship on Day 9 after the "processing" was completed? Either they are lying about the product being ready to ship or they simply don't have the item ready to ship, but instead they are trying to appease the customer and trick them into thinking that the item has been shipping.
When I emailed asking why it wasn't shipped on day 2 after the order when the status was changed to QUEUED? I get NO response... I suppose I have to wait another week for a response. I want to cancel the order but I can't because they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails, and they are very unreliable. I hope the actual product turns out to be a working product so I don't have to end up going through the hassle of attempting to return it, which I doubt consolesource will want to be accommodating with considering the sort of service provided so far.
Consolesource used to be a reliable vendor of gaming goods years ago but that is definitely not the case anymore. Beware when purchasing from them especially if you are having the item shipped to the United States (as mentioned by another reviewer previously)... there are many other alternatives out there, just do some research on the forums. Good luck.
