I ordered the XCM Battle adapter 2.0 from these guys.

The first one I got in the mail didn't even turn on when I plugged it in, so they obviously didn't test it.

I told them about the problem and they messed with me for days sending me links to youtube videos showing me how to work it.

Let me explain how you work it. You plug it in to your PS3. You then plug a controller into it. That's it. Seriously. There is no way anyone can get this wrong.

So after I threaten them with a credit card chargeback, they finally give me a RMA number. It costs me 5 dollars to send it back to them and about 2 weeks after I sent it back, I finally get a new one in the mail.

Today is 3/14/2011 and I ordered it on 2/22/2011 and I STILL don't have a working one!

The one they sent me to cover the one that was faulty was again faulty!!!! They didn't even test this one to make sure I didn't get two bad in a row.

Now I'm waiting on a response but I'm sure I'll have to pay more money to get another untested product.

If everything goes good with your order, I'm sure you'll be happy. But if anything goes wrong, be in for a nightmare.
