"Took a while to put in the review as I wanted to wait till all the stuff was in, I had an out of stock item.

They were great, it took a bit to get a hold of them, but with the order taking place in the thanksgiving sale rush, I guess that is understandable.

I had ordered 5 slot1 carts and 3 slot2 expansions.

On a live chat from their website with customer support, I asked why my order had not shipped in a week from being cleared. He informed me that the slot2 cards were out of stock. I asked that they ship the slot1 cards then and the slot2's when they came in, as these were xmas presents. They shipped the slot1 cards the next day, a few days after that they shipped one of the Slot2 expansions, and the other two arrived tonight.

I had plenty of time to set up the slot1 cards and everything made it in time to be wrapped. Very satisfied, and I have even placed another order with them since then which UPS says should be here tomorrow."
