I received the item with no instructions so I went on line to research the product on what I needed to do. - the same day I pick up my producted I receieve and email about my product going on sale. I sent and email asking if I could get the discounted price as a gift card and was told no. So over all the experience with the order was good... the customer service after the order... not so great.
