Was supposed to ship 10/19/2015, it didn't and I did not receive any sort of communication. I called on 10/20 and spent 25 minutes on hold before I got a warm body. I was then told my order was not going to ship until 11/9. I am not holding my breath."

"Ordered two pair of boots. At the time they both said in stock. Only received one in the mail so I checked my status and one said back ordered. Emailed them to ask about it since I was never notified. They never emailed back. Used the chat feature and spoke to a rude condescending lady. Was told they would be mailed in their "specified time frame for shipping" of two weeks. Although their website clearly states 2 days. I mentioned the email that was never answered and she said I got an automated reply. What good is that? Won't shop them again due to the lack of customer service. Still haven't received the other boots. "

"I ordered overalls for my husband. I was charged for them the day of. After 15 days I called to see why I hadnt received them. They had to call me back later to say they were out of stock and would be for over a month. Why would they charge me and over 2 weeks later not email me or return my money on thier own??? I had to call them! "

"I initially ordered the wrong item (spouse did not give me enough info) & had to return the first shipment. The re-order came promptly, was the correct item & spouse is happy. The return did not immediately get credited back to my credit card. I emailed Customer Service and they located the return and are in the process of getting my credit. With the exception of that small glitch, everything has been fine, and handled promptly and with courtesy. The whole experience has been very positive. I will definitely make future orders thru this outfit.

"They listed the work shirts as being 'in stock'. I ordered 7 work shirts. They immediately charged my credit card. Then, they told me that the shirts were not in stock, and that they would be backordered for a week.

I noticed that their web site said that my credit card would not be charged, until the items shipped. That was not true.

When the week was over, they emailed me that the shirts would be backordered for another month. I cancelled the order. They shipped one shirt and refunded the rest of my money. I won't buy anything from them again."
