"I ordered Carharrt rain bibs for my job over three weeks ago. On the web site it says "Ships in 2 to 3 Business days." I recieved an email about a week and a half ago saying that the item wouldn't be shipped until last week. I still haven't recieved them and after calling customer service I called and found out they won't be shipped for several more days (i.e. after I move out of state). So, Construction Gear lied about the availability of their product then proceeded to push back shipment multiple times. I'll never do buiseness with them again!"

"AVOID! Just awful. Seriously, their incompetence is staggering. Placed an order and the next day received a notification that the item had shipped but did not provide a tracking number. Waited two weeks and didn't get the package. Contacted customer service via email and got a notification that they would contact me within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Called customer service to check on the delivery and they said they had to contact the merchandising department and they would get back to me in 2-3 days. 2-3 days!?!? It's 2015! Holly hell are they using carrier pigeons to send messages between departments?? Told them to cancel the order if they found out that the order had never shipped. Looks like they cancelled the order. Hopefully I'll get my money back...Worst online shopping experience ever."
