"RCA WIRELESS HEADPHONES were defective when I received them from BARGAINDEPOT. The infrared transmitter did not work at all after plugging-in the 12 volt transformer that came with it.

I discovered that the infrared transmitter that was sent me from BARGAINDEPOT was burned-out. ( How do I know that...? ) because I bought another set of the same headphones from a different seller that worked just fine so I plugged their 12 volt transformer in the infrared transmitter from BARGAINDEPOT and still theirs did not work.

You might wonder....why not send them back to BARGAINDEPOT and get an exchange...? Shipping & handling costs could keep adding up when there is no guarantee that I would not keep getting the same defective headphones. "
