"I would not buy from this seller again. I have bought 2 items from bargaindepot both of which were defective. I had the first one 5 days and it stopped working. I had to fight for a refund but I did get a refund after some time. The second one lost the sound output after 6 days and I was denied a return (rga) they stated I had gone beyond the 7 day return policy. I emailed them the 7th day after I had received the item but they did not respond for two days. At any rate I am and would suggest that anyone thinking of buying from bargaindepot be very leary of their return policy and the quality of their products. "I was trying to cut corners, Trying to save money. I suppose in some way I may have saved some money but then again I probably didn't.

I ordered a power supply that was low cost. I paid $7.99 plus shipping and handling charges of almost thirteen dollars and I even paid the optional two dollars for the insurance but when the power supply arrived, it was DOA. Dead on arrival! Actually I can't blame the shipper even though I would like to. There was not one iota that was wrong that was not stated in the eBay listing.

The shipper offered to refund my money that I paid for the item but not the shipping and handling charges. All I had to do was return the power supply by June 2nd. I took it to the Post Office and they wanted eight dollars and forty cents for priority mail. Now I don't know about you but personnally I couldn't see paying $8.40 in order to have $7.99 returned to me. I've just chalked it up to experience and ordered another power supply from a company that deals exclusively with that type of equipment. One that offers a guarantee.
As to the seller, they offer a service to their buyers who, just like myself, are trying to save money. Surely not all of the products they sell will be DOA. But as for me, I can't take the chance of something else going wrong. I have customers too and this type of foul up is just not acceptable to them.

If money is tight for you you are looking for any product that you can afford to take a chance on whether or not it will work than by all means give this shipper a try. You will probably end up with a good product that will give you years of good service. As for me, I can't afford any element of doubt. I personnally give my customers a 100% warranty of three years on any computer that I sell to them and a faulty component in any of them can break a small operator such as myself real quick.

Everything taken into consideration, I may not make another purchase from this shipper for awhile, if ever again. This deceision comes not from the faulty power supply but because of the archaic checkout system that this company uses. I will not make another purchase from this company as long as this form of checkout is used. They seem to be a fairly big operator and they don't really need my business. I only assemble and sell 20 computers per week and they probably deal in hundreds, perhaps thousands of customers each month.
