"On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give this seller a 6 or 7. I do admit, however, that I'm a pretty harsh critic.

This was an eBay purchase (item# ***-***-****) and as such I can only comment as regards to transactions on eBay.

This seller delivers and follows through--until it comes to leaving feedback: eBay guidelines dictate that as soon as a Buyer completes their end of a transaction (pays for an item), the Seller should then leave feedback. After the Seller completes THEIR end of the deal (item is rec'd in good condition), the Buyer should then leave feedback. (Mind you these are not rules--but they ARE actual policy guidelines... and courtesy is courtesy, ding dangit!) As an eBay seller, this company refuses to leave feedback until after they've RECEIVED it. At best this kinda makes ya feel unappreciated until you've scratched their back (after they already have your money). At worst this seems to border on a sort of quasi-Feedback Extortion (i.e. if you don't leave positive feedback for us, we ain't leavin' it for YOU).

And while you wait for your item to arrive, you'll get a friendly reminder email from them asking for positive feedback. (At least this was MY experience.)

It is true, however, that this company DOES follow through with positive feedback (albeit auto-generated) if you bite the bullet and leave it for them FIRST. For transactions whose items arrive safely, it's all good. (Oh, yes: and afterwards you'll get another email thanking you for the positive feedback and giving you a link to the very web site THIS rating is posted at.)
