"The printer arrived (in Texas) from Tennesse, in 2 days by FedEx. Initially, the printer worked great, but within 24 hours, it stopped working. I requested an RMA # and recieved it immediately via my email address. After researching the internet on this particular printer, I learned the error code, the printer was showing, indicated a faulty print head. Brother had so many problems with this print head, they have extended the warranty. Because Bagain Depot supplied such a professional receipt, I was able to have the printer repaired, at no cost to me, under warranty. I decided to keep the printer, not using the RMA#. Bargain Depot impressed me with their professionalism. The check out process was very smooth, all communication was prompt and precise, the problem resolution was immediate. I highly recommend Bargain Depot!"

"I left a reluctant positive feedback for this seller but I am not happy and will not do business with them again. In their listing they indicated that the all-in-one was functional as they sent it. However, when it arrived it was missing the power cord, ink cartridges and the software necessary to run it. I tried to contact they company and make a compromise offering to buy the majority of the components necessary for the unit to function but they run a totally automated system. There never is a person to speak to.

I left positive feedback merely because I noticed that they practice "retaliatory feedback" You can do everything right and they can do everything completely wrong and they will still leave you negative feedback if you leave them negative...even if you pay within minutes of when the auction ends.

All in all I do have to say that the printer surprisingly works...or at least it has powered on so far.

I guess I got what I deserved from a company with a 92% positive feedback...even if a lot of those positives are essentially extorted."
