"i bought this item in desperation only so I could get a communication through to returndealz. I didn't need the cartridges, I don't have a machine they will fit and wouldn't you know their checkout did not allow any messages!
I had won in an auction on May 9th some Oxyclean product, item number ***-***-****. I did not notice that at the bottom of their site they had a separate paying service. I tried to pay through Paypal but did not have their complete email address and the payment (a whole $9.01) was accepted. I thought I had done it. A few days later I got a message from eBay saying my payment was unclaimed and to cancel it and contact the seller. I cancelled the payment and sent the first of over 12 messages to returndealz. No response. Returndealz then filed an "unpaid item' against me. I had only days to get it handled. I then checked their site more carefully and found their own payment service. I logged into it and it would not accept my payment as it was over 3 days since the auction ended. I emailed them about 6 times through the eBay service that handles unpaid items. No response. I tried one more time to pay through Paypal and sent the money. Haven't heard back as unclaimed yet and it has been over 2 weeks. I then got an 'unpaid item' strike put against me. I am very diligent about paying for items I buy and contacted eBay. After reviewing the many times I had tried to contact returndealz with no response they removed the "unpaid item strike'. So that is my experience with returndealz. If I get a negative feedback from them for this dish of truth it will round out my whole horrible experience with them. This is probably more than you want to know but it feels good to get this off my chest!
