"Shipping was slow. Received item two weeks after order date. They shipped me the wrong product. After contacting them to inform them of the error, they refused to exchange the item nor would they refund my money. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this. Also am in contact with an attorney to sue. I have ample evidence (i.e. receipts, screen shots, the wrong product shipped) and am confident that I will win the case, but it's still a pain to deal with. I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with this company. It is a fraudulent company."

"I have used Overstock Dealz on two occasions. I do the ordering for our office and needed some CD Stomper Jewel Case Inserts (we recently were put on a strict budget). "In June of 2008 I purchased a Garmin GPS unit. It arrived with everything that was advertised. What was not advertised is that it requires a CD (programmed to match the unit) and the CD was not included. It also requires a special USB cable to download the maps to the unit - also NOT included. I contacted Garmin; who told me that the unit cannot be made functional without the CD.
The advertisement for the unit indicated that it had been tested and declared "fully operational". Without being loaded with the CD, it is impossible to have tested the functionality of the unit.
Customer service has proven to be as useless as the unit itself. Their stand is that I have received all that was advertised - not enough to make it function - but everything advertised. I have complained numerous times since June; they are not even courteous enough to reply to me.
Bottom line: they sold me someones trash for cash, an incomplete unit, it is useless without the matching CD and USB cable. Customer Service is unresponsive and business practices appear to be unethical. Customer satisfaction is at 98.7%; that also means that 1.3% are dissatisfied - I am one of them; and they don't seem to care.
BUYER BEWARE!"
