"I ordered 2 Wii remote controllers, and my satisfaction is split, since one worked fine but the other was defective (any time the beam is not directly pointed at the screen the axis inverts, making it impossible to play most games). I'm not quite sure what to do with the defective one since I don't like the idea of have to pay more just to get a working product, which I should have gotten in the first place. I suppose a 5/10 is appropriate, since I am perfectly happy with the good controller but completely dissatisfied with the defective one."
"Overstocked has been a complete hassle. The deal looked great, and shipping went fine; The XBox360 did not come with the 20g harddrive as promised, and on top of that did not even function properly. Could not play any games on it.
When trying to contact customer service about the issues, and about returning it for another one (since they charge an insane 20% restocking fee), 3 days later I still have no reply.
For someone without a lot of money, I cannot just chalk up this loss, and without any communication from this company it's increasingly nerve-wracking to think I could lose on a deal where this company was wholly at fault.

"This company should not be doing internet sales. They advertise merchandise and their description is not at all accurate. I purchased a telephone that was supposed to be new and they sent junk damaged goods. then they want me to pay to ship it back and only refund my purchase price less shipping so I have to pay for two shipping charges because they sent crap. I tracked the package and it sit at the FedEx office at Owensboro Ky just 40 miles away from the 16th to the 21st.

"I have ordered a Panasonic Cordless phone which shows condition as New/Open box. When i receive the shipment I found that it is very roughly used one. I paid 19.99 for phone and 9.97 for shipping.
When I raise this issue to Seller, He suggested to return the product. Their return policy is they will not refund shipping charges both the ways. So the shipping charge for both ways should be born by customer for even the mistake did by the Seller. The shipping it self cost me around $20 which is the cost of product. But the product is working well and has all the accessories.
I feel the seller must be Genuine in explaining the condition of the products.

"We were not satisfied with this company and we will not order from them ever again. Here is why: we were happy with the price of the item (only $4.99!). Although we were excited about the low price we assumed that we would be sent an item that works. I guess demo= non-working item to Consumer Depot. I would have liked to call the company to discuss the matter but of course no phone # is provided on the "Contact Us" page; therefore I had to email about the useless item we were mailed, which we had to pay $10 shipping for. When I asked if we could be sent a replacement and/or how to get a refund I was sent an email that stated that they do not send replacement items and if I wanted a refund we would have to send the item back and we would be responsible for shipping (which is normal), but was also informed that we would not be refunded for original shipping cost. Essentially we would be paying at least $20 for shipping to get a refund of only $4.99. "Worse ever transaction I have online. I bought the item online thru their web site and as soon as i receive the item i tested it and i found it defective. I returned it right away thru fedex and paid $17. Requested for RMA # thru their web site and wrote it as receipient in the form of fedex as instructed in their web site. i did not receive any reply from them though in fedex it says that they already receive it. I did what is instructed in their web site regarding returning item. I keep on bugging them all they can say just repeat the instructions on their web site and that they will inform me if they receive the item and it will take a couple of weeks but until now i haven't receive any concrete status of the item i return nor any email to inform me that the item is already being processed.
