"I was very unhappy with my dealings with this vender. The camera was described as a new open box item. What I recieved was clearly a return. When I used the camera I found that the camera only took orange fuzzy pictures with large lines through them. Apparently this is a well known problem with some of these cameras. The Vender didn't bother to check to see if the device was working (or didn't care) before they sent it out. I work at an Embassy overseas, so it took more than 14 days to recieve the camera. When I emailed their customer service, they refused to RMA the device. I will never buy from this company again. "

I returned the item and thus I requested full refund including shipping I was credited back for the cost of the item only.

"Buyer Beware! I have shopped on the internet for years and this is my worst experience. Their advertising is misleading. This demo was price compared with new models that come with backup software and a three year warranty - the two most appealing features of the unit. But I got neither, and the company will not make it right without penalizing me. What I got was an obviously used hard drive, with no documentation or software. The invoice says "used", and so I have no warranty. Since it was their misleading advertising, I asked the Consumer Depot to make it right by either sending the software or a partial refund, or pay for shipping. All they would do was accept a return, I pay shipping plus I get could get socked with a restocking fee. so a return costs me at least $20 shipping charges (both ways), and then if I repurchase it elsewhere I might as well have paid full price. They were also extremely slow to answer messages by the customer service link on the website, so I tried phoning them, but they don't answer their phone. By the time I got the final "no" from them it was too late to return it without a restocking fee. I could have gotten a better deal at a number of other places including eBay. Never again!!"

"This company couldnt have a worse return procedure. I have done all that i could following all the rules that they have set in place. Its been a month and they havent even acknowledged recieving the item. I know it has been recieved because they signed for it. When i use the internet,i get what seems to be an automated responce, running me in circles. I finally tried to talk to someone, they kept switching me to an answering machine in customer service. I called back to speak to David to ask what time customer service is open he said they werent and switched me again. This situation happened 3 times. I will never use consumer depot or their sister company(s) ever.
Anyone asking me for advice to whom to make purchases off of will be told anyone but your company. Outlandish the things you have put me through for a 59 dollar video card. and how you stayed opened for 12 yrs is beyond me. i suppose you only prey on new customers , because this customer will never return. The customer may not always be right, but your company is just, not right.

"Excellent deals on demo/used items. I bought a PC and saved close to $700 buying it from the manufacturers website. The item arrived in like-new condition, even with the protection plastic skin still attached to the front of the PC. About the only inconvenience was being that it was a large purchase, I had to print out a form, sign it, scan it, and then email it. Because of that, they upgraded my shipping from 3 day fedex to 2 day. That was really nice of them to do that. I will definitely buy more items from this site."

At Consumer Depot It is functional if one speaker emits sound even though it is blown up and the other does not work at all. Creative Zen V car charger turned out to be a AC wall Wart. Return Policy stipulates if you return a product for any reason you are responsible for shipping both ways. There is no customer service other than automated email responses. Poor rating with the BBB and how the Tennessee Attorney General's Office allows a company like this to keep doing businesss is beyond me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOUR CHANCES OF A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION ARE 3 out of 5 or 60%. I'll take those odds in Vegas but not online shopping."

"The product arrived and both speakers were blown on the Skull Candy Skull Crushers. I returned my order and have not received a refund yet, but will wait a few more days. They also will not refund the shipping amount that they charged me for sending me a defective product. I feel like consumerdepot.com ripped me off because they sent me a defective item and I had to pay for them to ship the product to me and then I paid another shipping fee to ship the item back to them. They should at least have the courtesy to reimburse me for their shipping charges. I sent it back 3 days ago 2 day air and have not received a confirmation that the RMA was received.
