I had, also, a bad experience shoping from eBay seller bargindepot04, with item # ***-***-****, order # ***-***-****, invoice # 494525. Item was defective on arrival. Since the item was defective on arrival, this had to be, obviously, the seller's problem, not the buyer's. When I contacted the seller to request that an RMA # be issued so thayt I can send the item back, to my surprise, I found out that the seller does not refund S+H costs, it also requests that the buyer pays the cost of shipping...This is not very civilized. Nor is it right. Even worse, I found out that using the same shipping service (FedEx 3 day-delivery) to send back the defective item to the seller, I had to pay only $5.40, whereas the seller charged me $18.00 to send it to me. You know what ? This is called THEFT...I was very upset, and decided not to return to buying from this seller. It is no wonder that the seller got so many negative feed-back messages. I believe, however, that the seller can do better to satisfy its customres, the company that is represented here, on eBay, ought to investigate al the negative feed-back. As far as I am concerned, I will send forward a complaint against the seller, for the last transaction I had with them. As much as I loved the way they business with me at the beginning, as much I hate the way they carried out the last transaction."

"Was listed as an open box unit, arrived very timely. Unit was probably used as a demo, as it had some wear and tear not associated with a new item. Basically, trading with company is fair, but would advise to carefully study description prior to buying and realize the product you may receive could be a defective return item.
They do ship very quickly and while the packaging is rather strange, the items generally arrive safely. Don't expect much for customer service, though. Most responses are automated, and while you certainly can return the goods for price paid plus shipping to you, you're out the cost of returning the goods. "
